Product description
Coconut Sennit Rope is traditional Polynesian cordage made from coconut tree husk. Villagers roll strands of the husk on their legs until the twine is formed. The thickness varies a bit but is about 1/4" in diameter. It was used to thatch homes, rig canoes, secure drum tops, etc... This product is made in Fiji and comes in bundles of approximately 100 yards.
